Each staff member and volunteer associated with All Abilities Drama Camp is responsible for the personal information under his/her control, and they are informed about the importance of privacy and receive information periodically to update them about our Privacy Policy and related issues.

    We ask you for information to establish a relationship and serve your camper's individual needs. We obtain additional information, as necessary to accommodate the needs and safety of your camper, directly from you. We will limit the information we collect to what we need for the purposes or meeting the safety and health needs of your camper, and we will use it only for those purposes. We will not disclose any information, except as needed in an emergency, and only to the appropriate medical providers, in such case.

    By submitting medical information, you consent to having your personal and medical information recorded for purposes of described above in Principals or Privacy: Section 2. We will retain all information gathered to assist in subsequent camp registrations, and will use collected email addresses to relay important information regarding All Abilities Drama Camp and future registrations. If you wish to have your information removed from our database, please contact us at aadramacamp@gmail.com and request information be deleted.
  4. Limiting Collection We collect information by fair and lawful means and collect only that information which may be necessary for purposes related to the needs of your camper while in our care.

    We endeavor to ensure that all decisions involving your camper are based upon accurate information. While we will do our best to base our decisions on accurate information, we rely on you to disclose any additional information and to inform us of any relevant changes.
  7. Safeguards: Protecting Your Information We protect your information with appropriate safeguards and security measures. We maintain personal and medical information in a combination of paper and electronic files.

    Access to personal and medical information will be authorized only for the administrators and volunteers (when deemed necessary) associated with All Abilities Drama Camp, and other agents who require access in the performance of their duties, and to those otherwise authorized by law.

    Our computer systems are password-secured and constructed in such a way that only authorized individuals can access secure systems and databases.

    If you send us an e-mail message that includes personal information, such as your name included in the "address", we will use that information to respond to your inquiry. Financial Information

All Abilities Drama Camp, Inc safeguards your financial data by using a Braintree, a PayPal service to process payments (click here for more information).

All Abilities Drama, Inc, it's websites all adhere to strict Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) , a set of industry-mandated requirements for any business that handles, processes, or stores credit cards (click here for more information)

allabilitiesdrama.com employs a direct post payment method. The payment form that is displayed to the user is generated by the credit card processor (Braintree) and displayed to the user in their local browser. All credit card information entered is direct posted from the client browser to the processor. At no time is the user's credit card information seen or handled by allabilitiesdrama.com. When a completed transaction notification is received by the browser, a redirect will occur and the user is taken to a payment page. allabilitiesdrama.com will send a request, in the background, to Braintree with a payment identifier, requesting of the transaction. Braintree will provide information that is limited only to that which is necessary to identify payment status, including last four of the payee's credit card number, the transaction amount, and authorization result (success or decline and the reason for any problems that were incurred). This system ensure security for the user. All communication between client (web browser), server (allabilitiesdrama.com), and processor (Braintree) is conducted through Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)
